Zach Pies came gave us an estimate for a fence and he did exactly what he stated he could do. Fence was put up in one day to secure a pool for safety. The men on the job were professional, and did a great job. We love the outcome. Guaranteed also removed and disposed of old wood fence. I recommend Guarantee Roofing. Their workmanship is excellent! Mike is the most knowledgeable person that I’ve ever spoken to about roofs. When he came to do an evaluation on my roof he was able to spot Multiple places were previous roofers had taken shortcuts. I have had two roofs done and had leaks after both of them. He showed me how he would fix all of that and do it the right way. When his crew and their foreman arrived, they were very friendly and the foreman explained everything to me, and was very responsive to my questions and texts that I sent to him throughout the day . They were able to completely finish my roof in one day. And that included tear off of the old roof and placing new decking. Their foreman was completely cooperative with neighbors on both sides of my house and assured them that they would clean up any debris that blew into their yards as a result of tearing off my old roof. He also sent me pictures throughout the day of their progress up on the roof. I feel like I could’ve gotten the job done cheaper with another company but, The work would have been sketchy to say the least. If you want quality and honesty, you would do well to hire Guarantee Roofing. They were pleasant to deal with, they cleaned up everything, and I’m completely confident that I don’t have to worry about leaks ever again.

I cannot speak personally as to the work guarantee roofing does. However how they handle accidental damage speaks volumes. By no direct fault of the driver he had a tire blow out on his truck and it struck my car causing minor damage. Spoke with Sylas about the damages he was extremely friendly and understanding. Office staff was friendly every time I had to call to give Sylas any updates. Was able to come to an agreement for covering the damages without any headaches. If I lived closer I would go to them for work in a heartbeat.

Excellent job. Mike Byrd was very professional and made the process easy for me. Tore off the roof, put all new decking down, put the roof on and cleaned up. All in one day.A couple weeks later I had a new fence put in. Mike made it quick and painless. Lowest quote compared to their competitors. And about one week later I had a new fence. Very satisfied! Highly recommend them!

Your Company is fantastic! Called to get an estimate and Zach Pies was sent to our home. Very punctual, professional and knowledgeable of the products. We needed a new roof and guttering due to storm damage this past summer. Zach gave a wonderful presentation. Everything went perfectly smooth. Zack arranged it all and was always there for us. The roofing crew was wonderful! Great job roofers. They were here and gone by lunch. Fast! Cleaned up everything was perfect! We thought they went to lunch but they had completed our job in 4 hours. Amazing! In a few days later, the guttering team were here and gone in 2 hours! Great job again! Our roof and guttering look beautiful. Quality products used. Our neighbors called and said the house looked like it got a face lift! We highly recommend them to everyone. There 50 year guarantee is great.
